- What sections of the website do I need to register for?

You need to register for the website to do the following:
1. Purchase items from the shop
2. Access content from the Resources section of the Members Area. Access to this area will only be given once we have verified that you are a genuine GBS registered member.
The following sections of the website require separate log in details which will be provided to you if appropriate. This content cannot be accessed with your normal website username or password.

- How do I register for the website?

You can register for the website by following these simple steps:
Click on this link Enter your Forename and Surname in the fields provided
Enter your Forename and Surname in the fields provided
Select whether or not you are a GBS member
If you are a GBS member enter the GBS company you are attached to in the field provided
Submit your details for verification
If you are a GB member your membership status will then be verified by GB HQ which can take up to 48 hoursUpon completion of your registration you will receive an email welcoming you as a new member of the site
Login to the site using the details provided and create a password that will be memorable to you for future use

- How long will it take for my registration to take effect?

You should be able to purchase items from the shop immediately.
If you are registering for access to the Resources section of the Members Area of the site we anticipate that during weekdays access will be granted (where appropriate) via email within 48 hours of you submitting your request.
If you have not received a verification email from us within this time frame then please contact us via enquiries@girls-brigade-scotland.org.uk or by telephone on 0141 332 1765 and we will do everything we can to assist you.Please note that if you register at the weekend or on public holidays you will experience a longer delay in your account permissions being granted.

- I have forgotten my username and/or password - please help!

If you have forgotten your username you can insert the email address that you used when registering for this site into username field instead. If you have forgotten your email address please contact us via enquiries@girls-brigade-scotland.org.uk or by telephone on 0141 332 1765 and we will do everything we can to assist you.
If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset this please follow these simple steps:
Access the login screen by clicking on the account icon on the menu bar at the top of the site Click on the relevant link to “Forgotten Password – Click here to reset” You will then be sent an email which will allow you to select a new password
If you have completed this process and are still having issues accessing your account please contact us using the contact information above and we will do everything we can to assist you.

- How do I pay for shop items or event registrations?

We currently use Sage Pay to process our payments however you do not need to have a Sage Pay account to use this service as credit and debit card payments are also accepted. The following payment methods are currently accepted for online orders within our shop and events registration pages:

- Can I collect my shop order to save paying postage?

Yes, during the checkout process you will see an option to opt out from paying postage and to “collect from HQ” instead. If you select this option you can collect your order from our Supplies Department at The Girls’ Brigade in Scotland Headquarters, 11A Woodside Crescent, Glasgow, G3 7UL.
Please however note that we do not have a shop at these premises and due to strict licencing rules we can only allow pre-ordered items to be collected from our premises on Tuesdays between 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm.
Please also note that in order for you items to be ready for collection on a Tuesday we MUST have received your completed online order no later than 4.45pm the previous Friday.
